We are ILITE, the very breakdown of our name tells you who we are and what we are doing, and that is Inspiring Leaders in Technology and Engineering. To accomplish this end goal we have focused our efforts on five main aspects.

Inspiring Leaders in Technology and Engineering across the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
The key to any successful team is a well defined organization structure that promotes good communication. ILITE has built its model on that very idea, by developing a team structure which combines like-minded individual who share a common interest to bring mentorship from both industry professionals and peers alike.

In the year 1799 the small town nicknamed the "Crossroads" was chartered by the Virginia General Assembly to be built on the land of a William Skiner. This town of Haymarket contained 13 streets and 140 building lots. Soon after the creation of this small town it was selected to be the site of a new District Court that would be responsible for serving surrounding counties including Loudoun, Fairfax, Fauquier, and Prince William and by 1801 a courthouse, jail, and clerkâs office was constructed.
